AIRPORT & DEPARTURE TRANSFERS
Airport transfers are included in Games registration costs.

Transfers to and from Port Elizaeth Airport are available.
TRANSPORT: INTERVENUE
It is envisaged that participant/supporter groups will be moved with specifically laid-on busses and mini-busses to the various competition venue.
ECTSA had discussions with the following institutions/companies in order to obtain vehicles for inter-venue transporting of athletes and supporters:

Tavcor VW: They will supply us with two Kombi's with drivers from Saturday afternoon 14th July at 17:00 until they have taken people to the hotel after the Gala Dinner (Approx. 23:00) and then again from ±07:00 on Sunday 15th July until 14:00 for airport transfers.

Nelson Mandela University: The Faculty of Health Sciences has a 22-seater bus, two 9 seaters and one 7 seater mini-busses. They also supply the drivers. The finer detail of the use of these vehicles will be negotiated as soon as the activity schedule has been finalised.

Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality: They have indicated that bigger busses could be made available to transport bigger groups, such as to athletics on Saturday – to be confirmed.
